About Cherise
Cherise has been in the cosmetic world for over 15 years as a medical Aesthetician where she built on her skills and knowledge. She started her career working and managing a medical spa that opened the door to her long 6 year career at the University of Utah Cosmetics and Dermatology clinic. She assisted a variety of the top dermatologist in cosmetic procedures while training to becoming an advanced medical aesthetician in a variety of procedures. Cherise had a rare opportunity to continue her career as the lead medical aesthetician with a well-known plastic surgeon at Saltz Plastic Surgery & Spa Vitoria. She believes that continuing education and training is not only important in the cosmetic world but a must. In 2020 Cherise knew that she was ready to put her life on hold to further her career and become a registered nurse. She has always had a love for injections and wanted to be capable of not only performing injections but anything that came along with becoming a cosmetic nurse. Her priority is helping her patients by providing proper education, natural results and a personal touch.
As a medical aesthetician she has been both a speaker and trainer for other aestheticians and a major Medical Institute (Allergan; the maker of cool-tone Botox, Juvederm fillers, and Kybella). When not in the office, Cherise is usually spending her days with her three children traveling to sports events and enjoying time with her family. She has a passion for helping other whether that be coaching her kids’ sports teams or picking up shifts to continue caring for her long-term care residents.
Cherise comes with an abundance of experience and knowledge to add to our team here at Holladay Dermatology and Aesthetics. She stays current on advancements in the industry by regularly attending national conferences and trainings.
Cherise is the mother of three incredible kiddos that take up most of her spare time and she would not change it for the world. Cherise feels the happiest when she can help improve and be a positive influence in others’ lives. She has never left the cosmetic and medical industry because it is truly her calling and she gets to enjoy doing what she loves.
