Cancellation/No-Show Fee Policy:

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to our employees and our clients, the following policies are honored: If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. This allows us the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Consultation Policy:

First cosmetic consultation is free. Any consultations thereafter may be subject to a consultation fee

No Refund Policy:

We are committed to delivering high-quality care and services. Please be advised of our strict no refund policy:All treatments, procedures, and prepaid packages are non-refundable. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and must be used within one (1) year from the original purchase date. Unused portions of prepaid packages will not be refunded. However, credits may be offered toward other treatments or products within one year of the purchase date, and only at management’s discretion. By consenting to treatment at Holladay Dermatology, the patient acknowledges and accept these terms in full.
